Having a panic symptoms at night is terrifying. It’s the emotional equivalent of being punched in the face while you’re sound asleep.
I remember when my nocturnal panic attacks were consistent for weeks at a time. I would wake feeling:
- dizzy
- heart palpitations
- scared beyond belief
- my extremities went numb
- and I just felt utter panic
The worst part about it is you don’t realize what’s happening at first because you’re not in a rational state of mind. When we are sleeping we just kind of go with the flow. This is why a panic attack at night can really knock us off our heels.
There is good news, however. You can end your cycle of panic attack at night -starting right now. The site I mention in my Author box below contains the one resource I was missing all these years. The ONE thing I had been overlooking in my quest to end my panic attacks. Now that I know this ONE THING – I have never had a panic attack since. My anxiety has lessened to almost nothing and I live everyday fully and without fear.
I know you’ll find the same success that I did. I truly am happier than I ever thought possible. And it’s all thanks to the one secret that ended my panic attacks forever!
Best of Luck!
