Thanks for watching. This video was made to talk about the symptoms I’ve experienced with anxiety and panic disorder. I encourage everyone to make a video talking about your own experiences, and we can share them. I’ve created a new website www.curedbyfaith.com, where I plan to document my path to getting my life back. If you’d like to have your video or story featured there, register on the site. It’s free. Have faith in yourself. We’re gonna get through this. Note to add I’ve gotten better …

Hey man how are you? I can’t believe it but everything that you have discussed symptom wise is exactly the same as the ones that I suffer from, and it can be really disturbing…

I suffer from Panic & Anxiety Disorder since childhood and I have many symptoms you describe in this video including floaters and pressure in the ears but lately I have also constant
Lightheadedness/dizziness. The problem with this sensation is that I also have neck troubles ( stifness, creaking…) which can also cause dizziness but it is extremely difficult to separate physical symptoms from anxiety/panic symptoms.

After attack I usually feel depersonalized and dizzy but now this new dizziness just won’t go away.
In last few days I read stories of other anxiety/panic sufferers who also complain about this strange 24/7 dizziness even when other typical anxiety/panic symptoms are not present.

Chest pains are the biggest problem for me as i get them very often. Also i have constant shortness of breath, chest pains that cause me to cough, head and nasal pressure as you described, but i get it behind my eyes, chronic neck pain, fatigue, constantly tired, feels like i cant get a full breath, heart palpitaions, shooting pains all over my body, trust me i could go on and on. It’s really good to hear that im not alone and helps meto get through my attacks. Thanks man.

Yea, anxiety is a mother fucker, I’ve had it for years, but never knew what it was. I mainly focused on the heart problems, I thought I was having a heart attack. I have chest pains, dizziness, heart fluttering, you name it. Anyways, I contribute a lot to being overweight, when I was perfect weight, my anxiety went away completely, I felt 100% no worries..but as soon as I gain that weight, BAM…anxiety. Medicine does help, it’s amazing what a $4 dollar prescription can do. Get exercise!!!

Hello there! I your videos are great. I moved to Germany 4 years ago. I am originally from Mexico, and well, it all started then. I started to go to the doctor more and more often, until I realised I visited almost all sort of specialists. Nobody found anything wrong with me. I spent weeks at the hospital and finally I got it under control, more or less. When somebody didnt experience this, wouldnt know what we talk about for real. Thanks for your videos, I feel I am not alone in this!

Good luck buddy. I 2 have allergies and stuff, and I never had them. I think they can greatly improve, if not subside when we get over this.

Man the PAC’s really suck.
#16 by Irawain on July 6, 2009 - 6:10 pm
Heh, that’s pretty much what I’m having, accept at times it can feel hard to breathe, or like your not getting enough oxygen. And the PAC’s are horrible too.

The best thing you can do is try to stay calm, I know it seems impossible, but so far I’m starting to find a few ways to help. Quit thinking aobut how bad your feelings, it will double or tripple the anxiety feelings, and try to think of something calm, such as a sunset or animals. I sometimes watch T.V or play a video game to supress the anxiety a little. They don’t always seem to help seeing as the sub concious mind will sometimes worry aobut things. But give these methods a try.

man. I just want you to know, I have felt the EXACT same way you have for almost a year now. Its really terrible. But seriously, the palpitations, the dizziness! The back of the head pressure, all day everyday. I’ve been to the E.R. countless amount of times and have only tried very little meds just because im not too fond of them. This situation has taken out a huuuge piece of my life. if theres any meds you know that helps, or anything at all, please please let me know. thank you.

Same symptoms here as well. It is that feeling of impending doom that I hate the most. I have these panic attacks that always resemble a heart attack… Shortness of breath, chest pains, sweat etc… yet the doctor tells me I am in good health.
Panic attacks are shear terror. Thanks for the video… gives me some comfort to know I am not crazy and that others also suffer the same symptoms as I do and can relate.

I just realized I have anxiety…I have most of those syptoms along with terror attacks (thats just what I call the panic attacks in my sleep…I don’t know if theres a real name for them) I’m alot better now but I’m pretty sure I had anxiety as a kid and probably still have it now just not as bad

Thanks for this vid. For me its im always worrying that i have cancer. When i was a kid it was heartattacks. I felt a little lump under my breast, it quickly went from breast cancer, to lymphoma cause of my night sweats that i started having the night i discoverd the bump. Its been three weeks since ive found this bump and it hasnt changed. and i am a male so i know breast cancer is rare for us. But still i tell myself there is nothing else it could be. Ive had at least 5 cancers in my mind.
